After your Energy Efficiency system is installed you will receive two important documents - an insured guarantee of savings and a limited equipment warranty.  The guarantee states the system will pay for itself within a specified period or you will be refunded the difference between the cash purchase price and the savings achieved during the payback period.  All guarantees are pooled through the Energy Product Assurance Company (EPAC) ultimately underwritten by Lloyds.
